ITIL 4 foundation fast track

Goal of the course

This two-day training is intended for people who have already followed an ITIL® V3 foundation training and / or have completed the corresponding ITIL® V3 certification. You already have insight into how IT organizations can use the ITIL® service management framework to optimally align their services, processes, people and technology with the business strategy and customer needs. During this course, we will explain the differences with the new version ITIL4®. The main driver is ‘the fourth industrial revolution’: digitization, Internet of Things and new ways of working within IT service management that are much more "lean" and "agile".

You have in the past followed an ITiL V3 foundation training.


You can take the formal foundation exam at the end of the third training day. It is a 40-question multiple choice exam. The passing rate is 26 right answers to 40.
The exam is webbased. You can use your own laptop.
